New footage shows how a new car showroom is progressing at Preston Docks.
Bowker Group is building a 43,000 square foot Porsche Centre in Watery Lane.
Facing Oyston Mill the showroom will house 35 cars and also have a 13-bay workshop.
The video shows a timelapse of the work progressing throughout October and November as the showroom begins to take shape.
A dozen students from Preston College’s HNC Construction learners were given a tour of the site recently.
Warden Construction, who are working on the site, took the students inside the development.

Managing director Richard Kenworthy said: “The visit was a great opportunity to provide students with an example of a live construction site.
“We provide learners with a tour of the site and provided them with an opportunity to talk at length with our experienced site managers.”
Head of the school of construction at Preston’s College Mark Taylor said: “Providing an opportunity to experience a live construction site will help to make our learners the most employable.
“Equally, the experience will help learners to relate the theory developed in the classroom directly into the work environment.
“We would like to extend our thanks to Warden Construction and Bowker Motor Group for the tour.”
