United Utilities are investigating a water leak in Lea

United Utilities are dealing with a water leak at the junction if Blackpool Road and Lea Road in Lea.

Water was seen gushing from a drain this afternoon (Friday December 7).

The leak is being investigated and customers have been notified.

An email said: “Once our inspector has investigated we will raise further work and plan in the repair.

“Leaks can be tricky to fix and require planning so they take a little longer than you might expect.”
