Part of the former Broughton print works looks set to become a personal training studio for over 30s.
A planning application has been lodged by James Calderbank, head coach of The Transform Hub, for a unit at Broughton Business Park on Caxton Road in Fulwood. The premises have been vacant since 2016.
In the application, which can be viewed in full on the Preston City Council website, James said: “I am proposing to use the premises for personal training. My business works with individual clients and small groups helping them with nutrition and weight loss.
“My business is very different from commercial style gyms and we do not use any large equipment. Our focus is on educating and helping people live a healthier longer life.”
