A drug dealer who was caught after a police chase down New Hall Lane has been jailed.
Sami Raza was found in possession of a large rock of white powder in a satchel bag after the chase on 21 April this year.
PC Brown and PC Rettie gave chase after spotting Razza.
The white power was found to be 26.3g of 84 per cent pure cocaine and the mobile phone had sent and received messages relating to supplying drugs.
Raza has been jailed for two-and-a-half years for possession with intent to supply Class A Drugs.

A spokesman for Preston Police said: “Hopefully this court result sends a clear message that drugs supply in Preston will be dealt with robustly.”
