Man seriously injured in Church Street attack

Police are looking for witnesses to a serious assault outside The Old Dog in Church Street in the early hours of Saturday.
AdvertisementAt 1.25am a 26-year-old man suffered a broken jaw in an unprovoked attack outside the pub.
He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital where he had metal plates inserted into his jaw.
Officers are now urging anyone who saw the attack or who has any information to contact them on 101 quoting log 715 of December 8.
