Arson attack sets bins on fire in Winckley Square

Fire crews were out in Winckley Square during Sunday evening.
One of the city’s beauty spots was targeted by firebugs.
Preston Fire Station sent one crew to put out the blaze.
Two bins were set on fire in Winckley Square.
The fire was quickly put out shortly after 6.30pm on Sunday (25 November).
