A new Korean restaurant is opening in a Preston city centre side-street.
KimJi has taken on 12 Winckley Street just off Fishergate.
Around 10 jobs are being created by the restaurant which is due to open in the first week of November.
Manager Shen Chen said: “We’re working hard on the decoration of the restaurant and we want to open in the first week of November.
“It will be a casual dining experience and the food will all be home-cooked traditional Korean dishes.”

Dishes on the menu include homemade Kimchi the national dish of Korea.
Kimchi is made from salted and fermented vegetables.
Shen and team also claim they have made the world’s hottest Kimchi, by using the Carolina Reaper which is rated as the world’s hottest chilli.
Other dishes include the Bibimbap , a rice dish served in a hot stone bowl which comes to the table sizzling.

The restaurant is to be open 11.30am-2.30pm Tuesday to Saturday, and from 5pm to 10pm Tuesday to Thursday, 5pm to 10.30pm on Friday to Saturday.
On Sundays there will be two sittings, at 12noon to 2.30pm and 4.30pm to 9pm.
Takeaway service is not due to be available straight away but the owners have said they hope to add it in the coming months.
