A new block of flats looks set to be built opposite Moor Park.
Land behind an existing property on Garstang Road has been earmarked for the creation of a new set of 11 apartments.
Currently occupied by accounting firm the Melia Partnership they are converting the existing building into an additional five flats.
PWA Planning have tabled the proposals for 91 Garstang Road.
They outline how the three-and-a-half storey building would be built on land to the rear of the existing office building.

There will be 14 two-bed flats and two one-bed flats across the two blocks.
A car park with 25 spaces is being provided and access will be via the existing entrance off Garstang Road.
