A two-week shutdown of one of the busiest routes in Fulwood has ended.
Lancashire County Council lifted roadworks in Black Bull Lane during Friday (26 October).
The resurfacing work began on Friday 12 October and saw some major delays during the first week of the works but these have eased due to the half-term holidays this week.
Work was needed due to many potholes and a poor road surface on the route.

The road was shut from its junction with Conway Drive through to Garstang Road by the Black Bull pub.
All closures have now been lifted and the 23 bus route and the 88, both Preston Bus services, have returned to their normal stops. The buses had been diverted via Garstang Road.
