Preston’s Comic Con is returning to the city with stars from the small and big sci-fi screen in attendance.

More than 4,000 people attended last year’s event at Preston Guild Hall and the venue plays host again this year.

The comic con sees fans get dressed up as characters from across comics, sci-fi films and TV series and get the chance to meet many of the actors themselves.

Those appearing at the Comic Con include:
Alexander Vlahos – Versailles, Merlin
Alan Palmer – Power Rangers
Neve McIntosh – Dr Who
Raja Baroudi – Power Rangers, Star War
So Cal Val – TNA wrestling
Hattie Hayridge – Red Dwarf
Toby Sebastian – Game of Thrones
Mike Quinn – Star Wars
Tom Wyner – Transformers
Zara Phythian – Doctor Strange
Tracee Lee Cocco – Star Trek
David Leach – Marvel comics

The comic con is on Saturday 29 September and tickets are £8 for adults, £4 for children if bought on the early bird on the Comic Con website. Nearer the event it is £12 for an adult and £6 for a child.

Children under 5 go free and the event is on from 10.30am to 5pm.
