The choir have been given an award from the Big Lottery Fund to put on the concert.

Held at the Gujarat Hindu Society in South Meadow Lane the concert will also see Gujarat dancers and the Together in Song choir from Manchester perform.

Stuart McPhillips from the One Voice choir said: ‘We are thrilled by this award. Together with a grant from the Duchy of Lancaster it means we can involve over sixty other members of the community to join us on stage in a performance to mark the 100 years since the first Armistice Day.”
