A charity challenge walk is being held to raise vital funds for Cancer Help.
AdvertisementIn celebration of its 30th anniversary, Cancer Help is holding its inaugural charity challenge walk.
Taking place on Saturday 15 September, the 18-mile-walk will start from cancer support centre, Croston House, in Garstang.
Starting at 9am, walkers will then follow the scenic route of the Lancaster Canal and trek up to Vine House, another cancer support centre in Ribbleton.
Cancer Help was originally created to fill the gaps that existed in the health service’s treatment of cancer patients and their families by providing over 6000 patient visits that are free to all cancer patients.
