Police have released the picture of a man they want to speak to in connection with two violent incidents in Ingol.

Leon Halsall is wanted by police in connection with the incidents, which took place in June and July.

Preston Police say on 22 June a woman was screamed at and grabbed by the wrists at a property in Ingol.

And on 12 July at the same property a woman was confronted by a man who was trying to climb through her upstairs window with a ladder.

The man became abusive and this resulted in an altercation when she tried to stop him.

The 34-year-old was last seen in Hawthorne Drive in Ribbleton.

Police say he is 5’9″, medium build with short brown hair and a beard. Although he may have since shaved his beard off.

Sergeant Scott Archer of the city’s south division said: “We really need to speak to Leon Halsall about these incidents.

“If you have seen him, or know where he could be, please get in touch.

“Leon, if you see this appeal, please make contact.”
