Some classic engines were revving in Miller Park during a sunny Saturday.

The annual classic car show saw the Victorian park turned into a giant car park for the vehicles from throughout the ages.

Classics in the Park is free to attend and large crowds were already building from 11am on Saturday (11 August).

Organised by the Friends of Avenham and Miller Park there’s some glorious old cars and motorbikes to see from decades gone by.

Paul Melling was there to see the cars gleaming in the summer sunshine.

The event is on until around 4pm on Saturday.
