Pictures of a man have been released after an attack in Preston Guild Hall’s Arcade left another man with a broken jaw.
Preston Police saw the unprovoked assault took place in the early hours of Sunday 29 July.
A 45-year-old an was on a night out in the city when he was attacked. He suffered a double fracture to his jaw and needed metal plates putting in after being taken to Royal Preston Hospital.
Detective Constable Nigel Marler of Preston CID said: “This appears to have been a totally unprovoked assault on a man who was enjoying a night out and who has been left with a very significant injury.
“I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the assault or who recognises the man in the CCTV we have released to get in touch.”
