An overturned caravan is causing long delays on the A582 and surrounding Lostock Hall routes after a three-car crash.

Drivers are reporting Bank Holiday queues near the roundabout where Watkin Lane (B5254) and Staninfield Lane meet the dual carriageway.

Traffic is backing up to the Walton Fox roundabout and also back into Lostock Hall itself into Leyland Road as of 1pm on Bank Holiday Monday.

It is not known if anyone is hurt in the crash at this stage.
