Poor driving in Preston city centre has been captured on video.

A BMW driver is seen stopping to watch a fire breather where Lords Walk joins Church Row.

The footage shows the driver stopping on white zig zag markings just after a zebra crossing.

After a few moments watching the street entertainment the driver sets off, without signalling, and collides with a taxi which is coming down into Church Row.

Both drivers exchange words before both driving off.

Warning, the video below includes some choice language at times. Best watched with sound off.

The man who filmed the footage, who asked not to be named, said: “Unfortunately the offender was very careless after committing the parking offence, he also causes an accident while trying to drive off with no indicator or signal from his illegal parking position.

“The offender was driving without due care and attention, clearly had no respect for the road safety and did not follow the road driving codes.”
