Shot from the nearby St John’s Shopping Centre the brief clip by Tracey Mills shows how the grade-II listed building was transformed into a 1960s airport.

Yellow taxis pull up at the entrance and a man in black, actor Donnie Yen, can be seen moving around the set.

An extra on the set snapped the 54-year-old Hong Kong actor, martial artist and director in action.

It’s the second scene of the film to be shot in Preston city centre.

Lancaster Road was the back-drop for another scene outside Preston Guild Hall.

The film also features Jackie Chan but he’s understood not to be filming any scenes in Preston.
