There’s a man on the roof of the Continental pub

Man reported on roof of the Continental

A man has been reported on the roof of the Continental pub in Preston city centre.

Four fire engines, an ambulance and a police car are in attendance at the scene on Tuesday (3 July).

Update: Man arrested on suspicion of theft after being on Contintental pub roof

Owner of the Continental, Jeremy Rowlands, said: “I am not currently at the scene but I believe there is a man on the roof.”

An eyewitness said she thought the pub was on fire at first but was informed by emergency services there was a man on the roof.
