Lancaster Road became a slice of downtown Americana for a new film.
The area outside the Guild Hall and the Town Hall was given a makeover during Thursday (12 July).
A big yellow taxi and a distinctive red American car were parked up on the street.
The actors were transported back into 1960s California for the film IP Man 4.

The biographical martial arts film is being directed by Wilson Yip and produced by Raymond Wong.
It sees IP Man going to Seattle to work with his pupil Bruce Lee at a Wing Chun school.

Donnie Yen plays IP Man and the film is yet to have a release date set.
Lancaster Road was recently reopened to traffic following the extensive roadworks and new Fishergate-style paving put in by Lancashire County Council.
