What was the home of Booths in the centre of Preston is continuing to be redeveloped into luxury flats.
AdvertisementTSS Property Limited tabled plans for the building in Glover’s Court in 2016.
Tauseef Kantharia from the development firm said a show flt was due to be ready in three weeks time.
A total of 14 apartments, the majority of them two-bedrooms, are being created within the former Booths offices and store.
The apartments are retaining many of the original features, including a bridge in one of the flats.

Costing £1million the flats are due to be completed by Spring 2019.
Mr Kantharia said: “They are going to be the most unique, luxury apartments Preston has ever seen and will set a benchmark for luxury city centre living.”

Branded as the City Bridge Apartments, the flats have begun to be listed for around £155,000.
