Riding mainly around Deepdale and Fulwood, early mornings and evenings will be the best times to catch the motorcycle monkey.
If you see him, be sure to give him a smile and a wave.
Craig, 31, father of one, said: “It’s all about getting people to recognise riders on the roads.
“We’re only one percent of traffic but make up well over 15 percent of accident victims so more needs to be done for awareness on both sides I feel.
“It’s not for profit or charity, just awareness, especially with the death of blood biker Russ Curwen which has been in the media recently.
“What better way to get people’s attention than by randomly making them smile?”
Craig has experienced more people smiling and waving at him going to and from work as a monkey than he has in the last 14 years of riding a bike.
Make sure you watch out for him on your way around the city.
