Solita will look to open a new restaurant in Preston, it has been confirmed.
It was revealed in April that the Winckley Square restaurant was up for sale less than two years after opening.
The building, which dates back to Victorian times, is up for sale for £175,000.
It is being marketed by Manchester-based Christie & Co.
They state the restaurant, available in a leasehold deal, is turning over £1.1million a year and has annual profits of more than £200,000.

Franco Sotgiu, co-owner of Solita, has now confirmed that Solita are looking to maintain a site in Preston.
Speaking to the Lancashire Post said: “Our Preston restaurant has been a great success however the Winckley Square location has failed to attract the envisaged lunchtime business.”
He also confirmed that they are actively searching for a more central site, possible in Fishergate.
No further details are available at this time but Solita is expected to remain open at Winckley Square until a new site has been found.
