Affordable homes in Penwortham are being opened up to visitors during Sunday.
The Maltings development off Hill Road South has seen 30 homes finished.
Two-bedroom apartments and houses have been completed by Linden Homes Northwest.
The homes were built on derelict land after a previous scheme for the site under the Homes and Communities Agency collapsed.
An open weekend is being held and continues throughout Sunday (10 June).

The homes are priced at 80 per cent of their market price to make deposits more affordable for first-time buyers.
Head of sales Sian Pitt said: “The Maltings development presents a perfect opportunity for people who are finding it difficult to get on the property ladder.
“It is a high quality residential development, ideally located in the vibrant community of Penwortham.
“Our discount scheme enables those otherwise daunted by the housing market a convenient chance to buy and live in an exciting area with great schools, transport links and amenities.”
