A Preston city centre shopping centre is also to see a drop-in visit from one of the Preston North End squad.

St George’s Shopping Centre is hosting the footpool game during Saturday (16 June).

From 11am to 4pm shoppers have the chance to take on the game, which combines football and a table pool game.

You need to kick the cue ball into the coloured balls to pot all of their assigned balls to win the game.

During the day a visit is expected from one of the Lillywhites stars who will do a meet and greet – the time for this is not yet known.

St George’s manager Andrew Stringer said: “We are really looking forward to celebrating Father’s Day with our shoppers and hope they enjoy the football activities on the
day – especially with The World Cup kicking off on Thursday it’s the perfect chance to get in the spirit.”
