A colourful celebration is in store for those attending Celebr8

Indian culture and community in Preston is to be celebrated this week.

Celebr8 returns to 53 Degrees and will see dance, music and fashion throughout the evening.

The event is part of the Commonwealth Activities across Lancashire.

Councillor Trevor Hart, the Mayor of Preston, is opening the diverse event which will bring together people of all ages and backgrounds.

The event is free and takes place from 6.30pm on Friday 22 June, you need to register via Eventbrite.

Among those attending will be BBC Lancashire’s Desination presenter Neetal Parekh.

 

Celebr8 is taking place in partnership with the University of Central Lancashire.
