Preston’s Flag Market glistened in sunshine as dance acts got the Bank Holiday Weekend into full swing.

Acts include the Lovely Laura, Melanie C and DJ Sash and DJ Ace played a mix of anthems throughout Saturday evening at PrestFest.

The city was blessed with temperatures above 20 degrees for all those who grabbed a cool drink and partied in the cracking flags weather.

Mel C brought her 90s mixed tape classics while Lovely Laura’s sax vibes were perfect as the sun began to set over the city.

Earlier in the day a mash-up of three Preston bands and Gok Wan’s fashionistas took over the Flag Market for the Preston Fashion Rocks event – showcasing the fashion styles available in the city.

Prestfest is put on by Preston’s Business Improvement District.
