Police have released the picture of a man they want to speak to after a suspected assault in Preston.

Martin O’Neill is wanted by police in connection with assault, harassment, burglary and a recall to prison.

A man in her 40s was targeted between March 30 and April 23.

O’Neill, 34, is described as white, 5’10”, slim and has links to the city.

A spokesman said: “Have you seen Martin O’Neill? Officers want to trace him in connection with several offences.

“We are also urging Martin himself to come forward.”
