Long delays are already building on the M6 after a serious early morning crash.
Emergency services were called to the motorway between Junction 32 (Broughton) and Junction 33 (Lancaster South).

A car crashed into the central reservation around 3.30am on Saturday (26 May).
The driver, a man, has been taken to Royal Preston Hospital with serious injuries.
Lancashire Police reopened all lanes of the M6 northbound shortly before 8.30am
Trapped traffic was turned around on the motorway by police and sent back to the Broughton junction.

Highways England are reporting delays are possible until lunchtime on Saturday.
Delays are already building as holidaymakers head for Blackpool and the Lake District.
The A6 up through Garstang is expected to be very busy and the M6 heading towards Preston is already showing heavy traffic.
