Crown Jewels replicas to be on display in Preston

A replica of the Crown Jewels are to visit Preston city centre.

Including the St Edwards’ Crown, the Imperial State Crown, Queen Victoria’s Crown and Princess Diana’s Tiara will all make an appearance in the city.

Peter Jackson the Jeweller is playing host to the event in the St George’s Shopping Centre.

A symbol of power for 800 years the real Crown Jewels are housed in the vaults of the Tower of London.

The replicas will be available to view within the jewellers store on Friday 18 May from 10am to 5pm and it’s free to go and see them.
