From one outdoor shop to another – a retail unit in Deepdale Shopping Park is being refitted by Go Outdoors.
The new store takes on the former Ultimate Outdoors unit and marks the 64th store for the UK-wide chain.
A total 16,500 square foot of retail space is being given over to all things outdoors – coats, tents, boots and more.
A 2,000 square foot field is being put in to show tents from brands including Airgo, Vango and OEX.
Manager Craig Sykes said: “We are so excited to be opening GO Outdoors in Preston. The doors will be open on Thursday 26th April and our opening event will take place on Saturday 28th April from 9am. We look forward to welcoming local residents into our impressive space and encouraging the community to get outdoors for less.”
