Two cars involved in Watling Street Road crash

Watling Street Road was closed off following crash near the Marinos Italian restaurant.
Close to the junction with Sir Tom Finney Way the road was closed shortly before 9am on Wednesday (11 April).
Two cars collided and Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service also attended the incident.
The road reopened around 10am.
No one was trapped in either of the vehicles and it is understood no one was hurt.
