A Preston city centre restaurant has been placed on the market less than two years after opening.
Solita Preston in Winckley Square is part of the Manchester-based group’s restaurants – serving a mix of Americana food and drink.
The building, which dates back to Victorian times, has been put up for sale for £175,000.
Solita is being marketed by Manchester-based Christie & Co.

They state the restaurant, available in a leasehold deal, is turning over £1.1million a year and has annual profits of more than £200,000.
In 2016 the restaurant, previously trading as the Olive Press and part of Paul Heathcote’s group, was extensively refitted by Solita.
Some of the fixtures and fittings within Solita are not due to be part of any sale.

Solita has space for around 200 diners and has a four-star rating on TripAdvisor – rated 62nd out of 442 restaurants in Preston.
It is well-known for its themed food, creating a Winckley Square burger and other limited edition offerings.
