Eighties pop icon Kim Wilde is playing Preston as part of her “Here Come The Aliens” tour.
The show takes place on Thursday 12 April at Preston Guild Hall. Kim will be performing songs from her new album, plus many favourites from her back catalogue of hits.
After the first night in Glasgow Kim wrote on Facebook, “Absolutely loving this tour!”
The multi-award-winning artist appeared on the music scene in 1981 with her debut single Kids In America. She has sold more than 30 million records and is currently putting the finishing touches to her 14th studio album.

A statement from the tour promoters said, “Kim Wilde is one of the most successful female pop stars the UK has ever produced. She has been a trail-blazer for many of the British female artists who followed her success.
“Kim has played to sell-out crowds across Europe and the world, and we expect this tour to be massively popular with her army of fans across the UK and beyond. It is going to be something really special.”
