Brandon said: “Being on set was crazy, especially on the first day when I got to Liverpool and saw all the street set out in 1920’s style with everyone in their costumes.

“It was like I jumped back in time, besides all the camera equipment.

“Working with such talented actors the likes of Cillian Murphy and Helen McCrory was a huge thing for me because not only did I learn so much, but it made me want to pursue my career in acting even more.

“The days were sometimes long and hot specially in the summer time when we spent the week in Birmingham at the Black Country museum, wearing all that heavy costume in the heat wasn’t very pleasant but remembering where I was and the opportunity I had been given gave me a boost.”

Brandon had the opportunity to film at several locations. He continued: “The different locations we went to were very interesting and I enjoyed visiting places that I wouldn’t normally go to like all the old buildings with a lots of history.

“All the other lads I met on set where top, and having the company of good people around you was always something I looked forward to each time I filmed.

“Before I got the call saying I was on peaky blinders, I was already an obsessed fan of the show along with my family, thanks to my recommendation, so seeing everything get pieced together then watching the final product was an amazing experience.

“I’ll never forget and hopefully one day live it again.”
