Police release picture of man in connection with rape in 2015

A man is being sought in connection with an allegation of rape.

Preston Police have released a picture of Rizwan Riaz.
It follows an incident in November 2015 in the city.
Riaz has links to Burnley, Nelson and police say he may have caught a flight to Northern Ireland.
The 25-year-old is 5’8″, medium build, with a neat beard and side parting.
