Police are appealing for information to trace a sex offender who has links to Preston.
Michael Barr was last seen on Wednesday (25 April).
Update: Police say Barr was found in the Ribbleton area of the city and arrested on Tuesday (1 May)
The 34-year-old, who is from Blackburn, has breached his licence terms and failed to return to his bail address.
Barr was convicted of rape, burglary and sexual assault at Preston Crown Court in 2003.
He is white, 5’8″, stocky build with short brown hair.

Temporary Detective Inspector Mark Gillibrand, of Lancashire Police said: “Barr has been missing for several days now.
“We would urge anyone who has seen him, or knows where he is, to contact police immediately.
“We have a dedicated team of officers looking for him and any information received will be treated in the strictest confidence.”
