Someone’s spring cleaning went all over Cottam during Easter Sunday.
AdvertisementResidents in Cottam Way were left cleaning up the soggy mess of paper.
Michael Casterton said it took eight bin bag to scoop up the fly-tipping.
He said there were bank statements, books, magazines and credit card statements contained within the rubbish which was flying down the road around 4.30pm on Sunday (1 April).

The paper ended up down towards Lea Road and Sidgreaves Lane.
Preston City Council is responsible for monitoring and collecting items which have been dumped illegally.
