Triggo’s was opened in March by local brothers, Mohammad Tariq and Anas Rehman.
The menu includes burgers, platters, wraps and salads, plus dishes from the charcoal grill such as chicken shawarma and lamb meshwi.
The platters are proving popular with customers. They range from £12 for a single platter to £42 for the huge Triggo’s Fusion Grill.

Anas, who was working in the kitchen after arriving from his day job at a pharmacy, said: “It’s been a lot of hard work to get to this point. Business is building slowly but surely. We want to make sure every customer loves Triggo’s food.”
