Elderly man withdraws cashback money and it’s taken from supermarket till

Police have released a picture of a man after money was taken from a self-service till in a Preston supermarket.

The incident at Morrisons, in Riversway, saw an elderly man withdraw £50 cashback from the checkout point.

The money has then been stolen from the machine.

Preston Police would like to speak to the man pictured in connection with the incident.

The theft took place on Friday 9 March.
