Preston has seen a blanket of snow during Tuesday morning as snow fell overnight and during Tuesday morning.

A snow warning remains in force throughout Tuesday for the city and surrounding area.

Travel disruption is expected throughout the day with Preston Bus already reporting diversions to a number of services.
