A new eatery will open in the city centre for the first time tomorrow.
Roast had originally been planned for a January 11 launch but that was since delayed until February 9.
The sandwiches and meat options provide further lunch choices for those working in Preston.
The eatery will be located in Orchard Street in the city centre.
Dean Yates, one of the individuals opening the shop, said: “Roast will be a new business offering food to go.

“All cooked on the premises, hot and cold sandwiches, sliced cooked meats and rotisserie style chickens and joints.
“We are trying to cater for everyone’s hunger needs at breakfast, lunch and tea.
“We also serve quality coffee to go and are currently looking for full and part time local staff to joint this exciting new venture.
“We are investing heavily into Orchard Street and believe once people have tried the quality and experienced the value they will flock in the numbers.”
