A Preston garage has seen a major expansion and revamp.

New Hall Lane service station, on the A59, now has an in-store Greggs bakery and expanded Nisa store.

Owned by the Brookfield Group the reopened service station is creating 30 jobs.

Development partner at Brookfield Aziz Patel told BDaily: The redevelopment of New Hall Lane Services has taken a great deal of effort from us and our professional team.

“The original facility was first built in the 1960s and the site required a complete overhaul to be up to the high standards we set ourselves.”
