Man who breached community order could be in Preston

Police are appealing to trace a man who breached a community court order.

James Gardner has links to Preston, Blackpool and Leigh.

The 33-year-old breached the community order and is wanted by the courts.

Gardner is white, clean shaven, 5’7″, with blue eyes and has tattoos ‘Chuckie’ and a panther on his back.
