It’s fast becoming one of the most photographed places in Preston.

Since opening the new Market Hall has been capturing the eye of Prestonians both inside and out.

While it’s gripped with an icy chill this hasn’t stopped Instagrammers getting their phones out for a pic while doing their shopping.

We’ve rounded up some of the best snaps we’ve found of the Market Hall showing off the new structure and also the stalls inside.

This was taken on the night before opening:

There’s a new cafe space in the market, Brew and Bake, which has been getting plenty of attention:

Explored the new market today! Definitely want to try the Yorkshire pudding wrap ?

And one of our favourite photographers Paul Melling showed off the structure itself, set purple against a clear blue winter sky in the city

And there’s been a lot of talk about the price of bread, Lovingly Artisan is a bakery within the market and it’s not cheap – but it does give you some top draw bread

Plenty of staples still remain though, fresh fruit and veg available

And it’s all purple, the lighting is certainly eye-catching:
