What is fast becoming Preston’s most famous landmark has been returned once more.
Fishergate Bollard, which stands proudly at the end of the Fishergate bus lane, was skittled in late January.
Since then the plinth has stood empty with bollard fans awaiting its return.
During Thursday (22 February) workmen from Lancashire County Council put the bollard back into place.
It costs £350 each time the bollard is knocked over, as revealed in a Freedom of Information request by Blog Preston.
