Since then the plinth has stood empty with bollard fans awaiting its return.

The bollard is situated near Debenhams
The bollard was sent tumbling during January

During Thursday (22 February) workmen from Lancashire County Council put the bollard back into place.

It costs £350 each time the bollard is knocked over, as revealed in a Freedom of Information request by Blog Preston.
