One of the city’s most popular annual free events is returning this summer.
Hundreds of families took part in last year’s Preston Fire Station open day.
It gives Prestonians the chance to go behind the scenes with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.
From demonstrations of what happens when a chip pan catches fire to the chance to see inside a fire engine.
The event is free to attend and takes place at Preston Fire Station in Blackpool Road.
