A pop-up restaurant is taking place at a coffee shop in Preston city centre.
Owener of We Don’t Give A Fork, Mark O’Rourke, is to take over the Ham and Jam Coffee Shop for three nights each week during February.
With a fast growing reputation as one of the best burgers in the city the kitchen of the Lancaster Road coffee shop is being taken over by Mark.
Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout February the pop-up restaurant will be in action with a different set menu each week.

Owner of Ham and Jam Richard Lowthian said: Customers will be able to enjoy a fantastic meal overlooking the beautiful historic buildings of Preston.
“The shop will look and feel different as we want to create a wonderful and unique dining experience. It’s great to work with Mark O Rourke who shares our values of supporting local suppliers and uniting independent shops to support each other and offer something different from the large chains.”
Front of house will be Connie Dacre, Mark’s partner, who has previously managed Olive Tree Brasserie and Theatre Street Bar and Grill.
A three-course menu is being prepared for each of the weeks, and it’ll be £25 per head including breads before the starter.

Mark said: “We try and keep the price quite accessible for the quality of food provided, produce comes from local suppliers including meat from Liveseys butchers and veg grown in the region.”
“It’s a very British menu, simple things done really, really well. It’s seasonal cooking done with a bit of flair.”
Menus for the four weeks can be found on the Preston Pop Up website and bookings can be made there too.
