The new dealership, named Jaguar Land Rover, Preston, will be situated at the junction of Bluebell Way, when you come off junction 31a of the M6, on Fulwood Row.
Jaguar Land Rover Preston will sell new and used cars, along with providing servicing, repairs, MOT facilities, drive-in wash and valet services, and vehicle preparation.
Taylor Design is the architecture company that has tabled plans for the dealership, and they have constructed many car dealerships across the country including Lookers Land Rover Jaguar London, Elms BMW Cambridge, and Inchcape VW Chester.
The planning application for the car dealership was approved by Preston City Council‘s planning committee back in August 2017 with conditions.
Conditions set out by the council included the requirement of a new landscape elevations plan, and to achieve a post-construction Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) rating of at least ‘Very Good’.

The new plan is currently being considered and you can view the plans for the new car dealership on Preston City Council’s website.
