A new eatery is set to open in the new year in Preston city centre.
Roast, offering hot and cold sandwiches of various types, aims to open in Orchard Street on January 11, 2018.
Dean Yates, one of the individuals opening the shop, said: “Roast will be a new business offering food to go.
“All cooked on the premises, hot and cold sandwiches, sliced cooked meats and rotisserie style chickens and joints.
“We are trying to cater for everyone’s hunger needs at breakfast, lunch and tea.
“We also serve quality coffee to go and are currently looking for full and part time local staff to joint this exciting new venture.”

“We are investing heavily into Orchard Street and believe once people have tried the quality and experienced the value they will flock in the numbers.”
A poster on the door of the site confirmed that Roast is recruiting staff.
It said: “We are excited to be offering ambitious, self-motivated individuals with a passion for good, honest food and first class service an excellent opportunity to develop their skills amongst the very best.”
